30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New to AEROX? We want you to try with confidence. First-time customers have 30 days from delivery to request a refund on nasal strips. To qualify, no more than 3 strips from a 30-pack can have been used. Refunds cover the product cost only — shipping is non-refundable.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases made directly through our website only. It does not apply to repeat orders or subscription renewals.
General Returns
All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Because nasal strips are a hygiene product applied directly to skin, we cannot accept returns on opened packs outside of the first-time guarantee above.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at corey@betteryouperformance.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Return
Email corey@betteryouperformance.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Do not send items back before contacting us — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Use a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
Exchanges
Want a different pack size? Return your item first, then place a new order. Contact us and we'll do our best to make it seamless.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to a remedy for faulty or misrepresented goods.
